What’s the average cost of tuning a piano?

I have an upright Currier piano, and I have no idea of its age but it’s in need of tuning. It’s in pretty good shape but the high notes are horribly out of tune. Does anyone know the average cost of tuning any piano at all?

I bought my piano in 2001 or 2002 (I can’t remember) and i’ve haven’t had it tuned once because it’s mostly for decoration and i’m not a hard core player. But, I was just wanting to play it and i have no idea if it’s in tune or not, I don’t really care, but several of the keys don’t make any noise when i press them. Can this be fixed? How much would it probably cost to fix the keys and tune it maybe?
