I buy a 2nd hand old piano in low price;the ad says “needs slight tlc and a tuning but is such a lovely piano”?

What does “it needs slight tlc” mean? Would I go for it? How much does it cost to tune a piano?
It’s a Berry piano and will have the opportunity to see it first before I buy it.
THEY WILL GIVE IT TO ME FOR FREE.
